We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all purchases of our IPTV services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 7 day of the “trial period” of your purchase.

Your email address
Date of purchase
The name of the purchased product or service
The reason for your refund request

We will review your request as soon as possible and inform you of our decision via email.

If you are eligible for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the server installation and support fees.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in certain cases, e.g.:

If the refund request is made after  7 days the refund guarantee has expired.
If there is evidence of misuse or abuse of our services.
When you buy after taking a free trial account
If the customer has violated our terms of use.
If the customer has not logged in to the service
If the service does not work due to the functionality of the device.

In such cases, we will inform the customer of the reasons why the refund request is rejected.
